Ab work: focus on lower abs

-5 min jog
-muffins (side to side reach for ankles)
-scissors up and down
-superman variations
-butterfly to legs straight out
-pilates 100

low points:

-side crunches, side planks and dips are still difficult
-planks were difficult after upper body two days ago
